We Don't Use AI to Judge You
Current Practices
We do NOT currently engage in:
- Automated credit scoring
- AI-based purchase approvals/denials

Limited Automation
We do use some automation for:
Fraud Detection:

- Always reviewable by human if you contact us
Website Personalization:
- Show relevant content based on pages you visited
- Recommend watches similar to ones you viewed

- Email engagement tracking (opens, clicks)
- Sends you content similar to what you engaged with
- You can opt out of marketing anytime
Your Rights
If we ever implement automated decision-making that significantly affects you:

20. BUSINESS CONTEXT & PHILOSOPHY
Why This Matters to Us
Cook & Re isn't just about selling watches. We're building a brotherhood of men who measure themselves by challenges overcome, not possessions accumulated.
Trust is earned, not assumed. Every watch we create is limited to 50 pieces. Every customer relationship is personal. We can't build that kind of community while being careless with your information.
The Power Reserve Philosophy: Our watches feature a power reserve indicator - a daily reminder that the countdown started the day you were born. That same consciousness applies to data privacy: every piece of information you share with us is a form of trust with a limited reserve. We don't waste it.
Challenge Over Comfort: Just as we challenge you to push boundaries, we challenge ourselves to maintain the highest privacy standards. It's harder than cutting corners. It's more expensive than the minimum. But excellence demands it.
